Founder of Nordic Recruitment
Sandra Hallberg is the founder of Nordic Recruitment and believes in the power of competency-based recruitment to find the perfect match for both talent and employers. Before setting up Nordic Recruitment, Sandra worked for top recruitment agencies Randstad and Adecco in Sweden before moving into talent management at SHL. In this role, Sandra utilised advanced benchmarking and predictive analytics to help companies develop their workforce, discovering first-hand the benefit of psychometric assessments to help both individuals and organisations to reach their goals.
Sandra has a BA in Business Management and is certified in OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) and Verify (cognitive ability assessment), which now form an integral part of Nordic Recruitment’s placement process. Originally from Sweden, Sandra is based in London and is committed to matching the best Nordic talent with U.K. employers.
